What are the costs of the program to the employer?

Employee Purchasing is offered at no cost to the employer.

How much time does it take to administer employee purchasing?

The program requires a minimal amount of time for Payroll and HR departments. Business processes can be automated to eliminate manual intervention.

What happens if an employee goes on leave or ends his or her employment with our company?

We will contact that employee and begin billing him or her directly. The employer is not liable for any of the purchases made by employees.

How do you determine eligibility?

Eligibility for Employee Purchasing varies depending upon the provider you choose. Employee Purchasing Programs promote responsible lending and therefore are designed to offer employees the ability to make purchases within their means.

What is the purchasing experience like for my employees?

  • Employees register to shop online through a custom website built just for them

  • They select the product(s) online they would like to order

  • They place their orders via the website or telephone

  • Items are shipped and payroll deductions begin

How will this program be communicated to our employees?

We will work with you to determine a communications strategy that works best for your organization. All marketing materials are custom-designed according to your specifications.

Is this a discount program?

No, Employee Purchasing is not a traditional discount program. It provides your employees with a disciplined way to purchase the things they need and want, interest-free.

For example, employee Sally has a son starting college and he needs a laptop. With all the expenses of sending a child to school, Sally would rather budget the payment for her son’s laptop over 6 months interest-free so that she has fewer initial out-of-pocket expenses.

With Employee Purchasing, Sally doesn’t have to worry about interest, late fees, or carrying a balance because her payments are made automatically every pay period. No worries, no hassle—just great products and great service.
